FASHIONED OF A BROWN WOOL GABARDINE AND IS IN SHERLOCK HOLMES STYLE WITH A DETATCHABLE CAPE THAT IS EDGED ON THE FRONT IN WOOL BRAID WITH UNUSUAL PIPED PLEAT CHEVRON DETAIL ON EACH SIDE
POCKETS ON EACH SIDE WITH HIGH CHEST POCKET ON THE LEFT SIDE
THE REAR IN A PRESSED SILVER METAL BUCKLE THAT IS IN CHAIN LINK DETAIL WITH THICK PIPES RUNNING VERTICALLY BENEATH
LINED IN A GLAZED THIN COTTON
NO LABELS AS TO THE MAKER
CONDITION
:  HOOK AND EYES ARE NEEDED FOR CONNECTING THE CAPE TO THE COAT.  THERE IS ONE FAINT THUMBPRINT OF A STAIN BETWEEN THE THIRD AND FOURTH BUTTON AND THE FIFTH BUTTON IS ABSENT
