Up for bid is an EXCEEDINGLY RARE genuine Bi-Color Grossular Garnet gem from Tanzania. It is a Grossular garnet that shows color zoning, with Green areas considered Tsavorite and Colorless/Near Colorless (slightly yellowish) areas of LEUCO Garnet. This gem is very rare and a true collector gem! It was fancy CUSTOM CUT in the UNITED STATES! It measures 8.85mm X 7.2mm and weighs an impressive 2.39cts. It exhibits FLUORESCENCE under a black light. Lecuo garnets are VERY RARE, but a Color Zoned Leuco/Tsavorite garnet is even more so!!! A RARE OPPORTUNITY TO ADD THIS RARE STONE TO YOUR GEM COLLECTION
