Up for your consideration is this 2007 DMC Punch Needle Embroidery Transfers. There are 9 Iron-on transfer designs FROM THE HEART COLLECTIONS. Article No. PNTRPK2. Designs are by Karina Hittle of Artful Offerings. The designs are: dog, telephone, coffee cup, flower pot, heart balloons, hat rack, teapot, and cat. Please review all photographs as they are part of the description. (Please check out our other listed items as I am clearing out my crafting supplies this week. I have Tulip and Plaid Iron-on Transfers as well.)

Handling and Shipping Charges

Unless indicated, we do not charge for packing services such as boxes, envelopes, packing material, tape, or shipping labels. We reuse boxes, padded envelopes, and packing materials, which helps the planet and keep everyone's shipping costs at a minimum. After your payment clears, we will ship the item(s) within 3-business days via the shipping method you chose. However, if we offer FREE SHIPPING then that item will be shipped at the most economical rate. Please note this item will be shipped uninsured unless indicated. We will gladly consider international shipping but please inquiry first.
Return Policy

Buyer pays return shipping
. Please thoroughly read the notes listed above first. If there is a problem, please notify us within 3-calendar days after receiving the item. If you received a damaged item during shipment, please do not return the item to us. Buyer is responsible to file the insurance claim with the United States Post Office (or other shipper's service) and must show the item and packaging upon request. Seller is not responsible for reimbursement of the original shipping cost.
BUYER'S REMORSE:
If Buyer changes mind on an article of clothing or shoes (or any other item purchased from us) or item does not fit, Buyer must notify us within 3-calendar days after receiving the item. Again,
